最低合法性同意年齡，又稱同意年龄，在刑法中描述人类性行为的同时引用时，其含义为法律上认定一个人具有自由表达意志，独立进行民事活动能力的最低年龄，虽然該名稱在法律条文中并不经常出现。其他行为的最低年龄另有单独名称，例如法定结婚年龄和刑事责任年龄[1]。
进行合法性行为的最低年龄大多在18岁或18岁以下具备民事诉讼能力个人，如果与低于此年龄的人进行性行为，不论此人同意与否，都需要负刑事责任，但是也有国家和地区完全禁止婚姻外的性行为。在中華人民共和國，此年龄为14岁[2]。在性行为双方都低于或者接近此年龄时，一些地区并不对性行为加以惩罚[3]。
大部分國家和地區都有法例規管最低合法性同意年齡，各地相關法例的實際內容會有所出入。
