同化教育是外来民族在其他国家（地区）沦陷区或殖民地对其原住民实施的精神控制法，目的在于消除沦陷区原住民对侵略者的仇恨，将沦陷区或殖民地原住民按照适合于侵略者需求的方式生活而进行的对原住民的洗脑过程。对于沦陷区的原住民来说，此举将破坏他们原有的一切民俗习惯与信仰，其后代将无法得知侵略的真相，反而为侵略者进行服务。例如在自然界中，蓄奴蚁会袭击其他蚂蚁的巢穴，从而抢夺其幼虫并抚育成为成虫为自己服务。
