佩雷斯克环形山（Peirescius）是月球正面南半球一座古老的大撞击坑，约形成于前酒海纪[1]，其名称取自法国天文学家、古董商及博物学家尼古拉斯-克洛德·法布里·德·佩雷斯克（Nicolas-Claude Fabri de Peiresc，1580年-1637年），1935年被国际天文学联合会正式批准接受。

该陨坑西侧毗邻维加环形山；东北偏东靠近奥肯环形山；布里斯班陨石坑位于它的南面；东面更远处则坐落着南海[2]。该陨坑的中心月面坐标为46°24′S 67°48′E / 46.4°S 67.8°E / -46.4; 67.8，直径61.5公里[3]，深度为3.68公里[4]。
佩雷斯克环形山外观接近圆形，其坑壁因后续的撞击侵蚀而磨损，沿内外侧壁覆盖了数座撞击坑。陨坑内侧坡相对宽大，显示有模糊的阶地结构痕迹。
坑壁平均高出周边地形1220米[1]，内部容积约有3200立方千米[1]。坑底表面相对平坦，北部分布有一串短链坑，中心点偏西坐落着数座低矮的山丘。
佩雷斯克环形山位于月球东南侧，十分靠近边沿，从地球上看其外观呈明显的椭圆状，但实际它的形状接近圆形。
