脫產

脫產，係指債務人意圖逃避債務或賠償的履行，而毀壞、隱匿、轉移、處分其財產，以阻止他人及執法機關追索或執行的卸責行為。
概述
通常必須具備金融、經濟、公關、犯罪心理學、司法偵查實務與拉關係專業，絕大多數是上層社會階級與白領人士，目前只有高段經濟犯及吸金捲款潛逃，除逃避司法機關追查外，尚須透過操控媒體作輿論與形象控制，以爭取時間隱匿或處分財產。在政治腐敗的地方還可以用行賄、關說、拉關係的方式幫助脫產，並個別適用有利行為人的法律解釋，或使法律轉彎並維持名譽。而掌握時機，在"東窗事發"前更是脫產成功的不二法門
程序
脫產是保護經濟犯罪的所得最基本的手段，也是獎勵經濟犯、白領受刑人服刑的最佳工具，寧可坐牢也拒絕賠償或繳罰金，因為出獄或假釋後可以運用事先隱匿好的鉅額犯罪所得享受今日階下囚，明日座上賓，逍遙法外者更能自在終身。更高段的脫產還會力求不留痕跡或是湮滅、竄改、破壞、混淆相關的"證據"。
後續
為了防止脫產，社會會要求政府規定從事高危險職業或活動，需具備相關證照，做身分登記與提繳一定額度之保證金，或是強制責任險，法院也有「假扣押」的機制。
