法兰西堡(法语:Fort-de-France),是法国海外地区马提尼克的首府,是当地重要的行政、军事和文化中心,同时也是小安的列斯群岛重要的商业城市和港口,2009年人口为88,440人[1]。根据法国国家统计与经济研究所关于城镇单元的定义,2009年该城总人口130,822人[2]。此外,以法兰西堡为中心,其城市圈还包括一些邻近市镇,如马提尼克-亚米-凯萨国际机场所在地勒拉芒坦(Lamentin),法属西印度群岛及圭亚那大学(Université des Antilles et de la Guyane)马提尼克校区所在地舍尔谢(Schœlcher),以及圣约瑟夫(Saint-Joseph)和Case-Pilote。都市圈的总人口达170,000人。
