鼠鲨目又稱為鯖鮫目，此類鲨鱼有两个背鳍，鳍上都没有鳍棘，两颌前后方牙齿同形。海洋中大部分鲨鱼都属于鼠鲨目。鼠鲨目大约分为以下各科：
