芭達雅（泰語：พัทยา；英语：Phattaya或Pattaya）一譯帕塔亚，是一個泰國東部地區春武里府的城市，是春武里府的“府级特别市”，[1]在行政區劃上屬於邦拉蒙县。泰國華僑傳統上稱為北大雅、博多耶或芭提雅。
芭達雅位於泰國灣東側，首都曼谷的東南方約165公里處。其泰文里名字的意思是“西南方向吹来的季风”。它是泰國旅遊業最重要的據點之一，原本只是一个小渔村，后因自然条件优越，泰国政府拨出专款开发建设，以湛蓝通彻的大海和泰国人妖表演而闻名于世，素有“东方夏威夷”之美称。在2004年，總計有超過500萬觀光客到芭達雅。
2011年的国际信息学奥林匹克于2011年7月22日—7月29日芭堤雅在举行。
