李山（1965年－），聖名若瑟，天主教北京教區現任主教。1965年3月出生於北京市大兴县（今大兴区）一個天主教家庭，1984年－1989年就读于北京神哲學院，1989年12月21日晉鐸。在祝圣以前任東堂本堂司鐸。2007年9月21日被祝聖为北京教区主教，以接替2001年12月24日逝去的北京教区正权主教裴尚德蒙席和2007年4月20日逝去的北京教区官方主教傅铁山。梵蒂岡對他的任命「表示肯定」。[1]上任后，积极整顿北京教区。现居于宣武门天主教南堂。
與「一團一會」的關係
2009年6月12日，李山主教当选为北京市天主教爱国会主席、天主教教务委员会主席。[2]2010年12月9日當選主教團副主席。[3]
