西区剧院（英語：West End theatre）是指位于英國伦敦西区的主流剧院[1]，有時則是指在伦敦西区上演的戏剧。西区剧院与纽约百老汇剧院經常共同被看作是英语世界中最高水平的商业剧院代表。观赏伦敦西区的演出已经成为觀光業的熱門活動[1]。
全年進場人数在2002年首次突破1,200万人次。泰晤士报在2005年6月预测這項纪录可能會在当年被刷新，2005年上半年票房的良好表现係因几部音乐剧票座相當出色，例如《跳出我天地》、《金牌制作人》與《欢乐满人间》等，大量影视明星加盟演出也吸引觀眾進場。2007年的進場人數更是超過1,300萬人次[2]。事实上自从1990年代末起，便有越来越多美国演员出现在伦敦西区的舞台上，包括珍·考克斯基（Jane Krakowski）、艾荻納·曼澤爾（Idina Menzel）、布魯克·雪德絲、方·基默、罗伯·洛、大卫·史威默與托比·馬圭爾等。伊万·麦克格雷格也在音乐剧《红男绿女》首次亮相。凯文·史貝西自2004年起便在老维克剧院担任艺术指导，也曾出演过一部分自己的作品。
