器官移植（德語：Organtransplantation，英语：organ transplantation）是将个体的某一器官整体或部分地转移到另一个体（或本体的另一位置，如自体皮肤移植）的过程。其目的是用来自供体的完好、健全的器官替代损坏的或功能丧失的器官。提供器官的一方为器官移植的供体，可以是在世的人，也可以是刚刚去世的人。接受器官的一方为器官移植的受者。
