莺蛤科（学名：Pteriidae），又名珍珠貝科[1]，是雙殼綱之下的一個中型到大型海洋蛤類軟體動物的科[2]。
本科舊屬異柱目（Anisomyaria）[1]，今屬莺蛤目。
本科的多個屬都是重要的經濟作物，例如：產珠的真珠蛤属物種。
分類
根據ITIS1999年的數據，本科只有真珠蛤属跟莺蛤属兩個屬[3]；但根據WoRMS在2010年的數據，本科物種包括下列七個有現生種的屬和一個只有化石種的屬[2]：
