百夷傳




百夷傳，是明朝使者錢古訓與李思聰1396年描述(麓川)孟卯的作品。他們去雲南是為了調解麓川與緬甸阿瓦王朝的衝突。描述包括歷史，地理，政治和社會組織，風俗，音樂，食物，和該地區的產品。


明實錄介绍此書，提到李斯聰與錢古訓作為使者到緬國，思聰和其他人返回時上奏百夷地區的見聞。其中詳細記錄了該地區的山脈和河流，人民的風俗習慣和道路的紀錄，並提交，明太祖留下了深刻的印象。他們並沒有忽視特使的職責，並說他們的人才是有用的。他感到非常高興，並授予他們一套朝服。
