快速游绳

快速游绳（英语：Fast-roping）是用来描述从高处沿绳子快速滑落的技巧。对于直升飞机不能着陆时，用此法使人员着陆非常有效[1]。此技巧先由英国一家名为“马洛制绳”（Marlow Ropes） 的公司发明，在马岛战争中第一次使用。原先快速游绳是用很粗的尼龙作为绳子，类似于消防员用的快速通道的标杆。现在特质的绳子是编织而成从而加大摩擦，使之容易被抓紧。通常，第一个着陆的人会给第二个人抓稳绳子，直至所有人都已着陆。
这种方法比登山用到的沿绳滑下法更快[1]，但也更危险，特别是在下滑人员载着重物，因为绳子与人并不是用下降器（descender）相连。人员带着手套抓紧绳子，双脚并靠在一起滑下。（英国式方法建议不能下滑时用脚，因为靴子抛光会使绳子非常滑。）几个人可以同时用一根绳子快速游绳，只要保持相互之间有3米的距离，这样每个人都有时间安全着陆。绳子必须很粗，一般直径为40毫米，以防止为保持人员稳定使绳子产生尾流而剧烈摇晃。带上手套是为了防止下滑时产生的热量烧伤手臂和避免擦伤。
