亞美尼亞－俄羅斯關係

亞美尼亞－俄羅斯关系（俄语：Российско-армянские отношения，亞美尼亞語：Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններ），是指俄羅斯聯邦和亞美尼亞共和國之間的雙邊關係。兩國是戰略盟友，並與伊朗在高加索地區形成一個「軸」[1]。
歷史
現代亞美尼亞和俄羅斯之間的外交關係建立於1992年4月3日，但自19世紀初起，俄羅斯在亞美尼亞歷史扮演重要角色，兩國歷史關係源於1828年俄羅斯帝國從波斯手上取得東亞美尼亞。此外，俄羅斯經常被視為是奧斯曼帝國境內包括亞美尼亞人在內的基督教徒的保護者[1]。
2013年9月，亞美尼亞在加入俄羅斯主導的歐亞關稅同盟或簽署與歐盟的聯合協議中選擇了前者：亞美尼亞總統謝爾日·薩爾基相宣布該國將加入關稅同盟[2][3]。2013年12月2日，俄羅斯總統普京抵達亞美尼亞進行正式訪問，兩國元首首先商討亞美尼亞加入關稅同盟一事，並簽署了12份有關安全、經濟、能源等關鍵領域的協議；俄羅斯又降低亞美尼亞購買天然氣須付的價格，並擴大俄羅斯在亞美尼亞的軍事基地[4][5]。
有評論認為，2015年的久姆里槍擊案和反電力價格上升示威可能令亞美尼亞出現反俄情緒[6]。
軍事關係
俄羅斯和亞美尼亞的軍事合作旨在保障兩國的安全。亞美尼亞武裝部隊參與獨聯體的防空，兩國的防務部門亦有合作。俄羅斯102號軍事基地位於亞美尼亞境內，負責守衛亞美尼亞與土耳其和伊朗的邊界。102號軍事基地總司令在接受採訪時曾指，如阿塞拜疆決定武力恢復納戈爾諾-卡拉巴赫的管轄權，俄羅斯有機會因集體安全條約組織框架內規定的義務，介入武裝衝突[7]。
