美國駐香港及澳門總領事館（英语：Consulate General of the United States in Hong Kong and Macau）位於香港中環花園道26號，是美國在香港特別行政區及澳門特別行政區的外交代表機構，是美利坚合众国驻中华人民共和国的七座使馆之一。領事館自1843年建立，起初只有一位總領事在總領事館處理事務，現任總領事為唐偉康（Kurt Tong）。

歷史

美國駐香港及澳門總領事館自1843年建立。起初只有一位總領事在住所處理事務。在二十世紀初期，總領事館位於雪廠街9號，後來遷至香港上海匯豐銀行大廈。1950年代末期，總領事館才遷入花園道二十六號現址。^[1]總領事官邸位於山頂白加道3號，與政務司司長及解放軍駐港部隊司令員為鄰。

1999年10月，特區政府與美國方面曾簽訂地契修訂協議，將用地的批租期由原來的「75年+75年」模式，改為讓美方以4400萬港元購入地皮永久業權，延長地契年期至總共999年，於2949年才到期。有關協議到2018年8月由「股壇長毛」David Webb揭發。^[2]

職能

美國駐香港及澳門總領事館規模龐大，為一幢獨立建築，與多数國家駐香港領事館有分別。美國駐香港及澳門總領事館是美國僅有兩所具有大使館地位，受美國國務院直轄，可獨立行使職權的總領事館之一（另一是耶路撒冷的美國總領事館，但美国已将驻以色列大使馆迁至耶路撒冷，故香港总领馆已成唯一一家）。^[3]總領事館除為美國公民提供領事服務外，亦為香港和澳門居民提供美國各類簽證的申請服務。同时，其与英國、印尼駐香港總領事館和負責處理香港與外國政府和國際組織之間外交事務的中華人民共和國外交部駐香港特別行政區特派員公署同是具有独立办公楼的外交机构。

美國駐香港總領事館內設有美國中央情報局分站，證實此傳聞的為揭露「棱镜」计划的前中央情報局人員愛德華·斯諾登。^[4]

事件

1999年5月12日，美国驻香港總领事馆的海軍陸戰隊衛兵降半旗为五八事件死难者致哀。同日北京的美國駐華大使館及其他中國城市的美國總領事館也降半旗。

• 2005年12月16日，香港舉行世界貿易組織第六次部長級會議期間，一批反全球化的韓國農民在美國駐香港總領事館門外示威、進行剃頭，並以油漆塗污領事館外牆及拆毁門外的金屬字母。
