金广成，香港著名演唱会策划、导演、监制，现任职香港NOW宽频电视，以及NOW宽频电视旗下的免费电视频道香港电视娱乐，曾任职香港无线电视综艺科，策划过无数顶尖音乐节目，如不少巨星天王的音乐特辑、劲歌金曲颁奖典礼、欢乐今宵、翡翠歌星贺台庆、虾仔爹哋舞台剧等等。被誉为香港演唱会的金牌监制。
金广成与不少香港乐坛巨星关系甚佳，也筹划过多场巨星的巡回演唱会，如郭富城、张学友、陈奕迅、陈慧琳、杨千嬅、薛凯琪、张敬轩、谢安琪、农夫、容祖儿、古巨基等，目前金广成致力打造香港新一辈的巨星偶像，如培育出李治廷、房祖名、钟一宪、麦贝儿、陈奂仁等。
金广成正筹划为NOW宽频电视打造一条24小时全天候的音乐MTV频道，以及全球第一条24小时的华语演唱会频道。
