克林黴素（國際非專利藥品名稱：Clindamycin /klɪndəˈmaɪsɨn/）是一種抗生素，[1]可治療中耳炎、骨骼或關節發炎、骨盆腔發炎感染、鏈球菌咽炎、肺炎、心內膜炎等多種感染；[1]有時也會用於治療耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）造成的感染。[2]克林黴素也被使用於青春痘的治療；還可以和奎寧合併使用，治療瘧疾。克林黴素可以口服、靜脈注射，也可以以藥膏形式擦在皮膚、陰道。[1][3]
克林黴素最常見的副作用有噁心、嘔吐、紅疹和注射部位的疼痛。[1]克林黴素會使偽膜性腸炎的風險提高四倍之多；[4]若有這方面的考量可改用其他抗生素。克林黴素可以安全用於孕婦。 克林黴素屬於林可酰胺类抗生素，作用機轉為抑制細菌合成蛋白質。[1]
克林黴素於1967年被首次合成。[5]它被列入世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单中，是基層衛生系統需要的最重要的藥物之一。[6]它也被製成許多種廉價的通用名药物。[7]其批發價約為每片0.06至0.12美元；[8]在美國其零售價約為每劑量2.7美元。[1]
