《瀕臨絕種野生動植物國際貿易公約》(英语:Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora,縮寫:CITES)是一個在1963年時由「國際自然與天然資源保育聯盟」(現名「國際自然保護聯盟」,縮寫IUCN)的各會員國政府所起草簽署,在1975年時正式執行的一份國際協約。這份協約的目的主要是透過對野生動植物出口與進口限制,確保野生動物與植物的國際交易行為不會危害到物種本身的延續。由於這份公約是在美國的華盛頓市簽署的,因此又常被簡單稱呼為華盛頓公約(英语:Washington Convention)。
由於瀕臨絕種的生物是被列在一本紅色書皮的名單中,因此往往也被稱為「紅皮書動物」或「紅皮書植物」(Red Data Animals / Plants)。
