塞音（漢語拼音：sè yīn；英文：Plosive Consonant 或 Stop Consonant），也称爆破音、闭塞音、塞爆音。辅音发音方法的一种。发音时气流通路闭塞，然后突然打开发出聲音。一般的鼻音也可以归入塞音，因为发音时气流通过鼻腔，但是口腔中的气流通道被阻碍。
